Does Vintage Bungalow LLC build the entire house?
Yes, we do offer the full service of building the home from permit to moving in. Although, if you have your own builder, it is possible to get the plans, ready cut package, and fixtures from us and have your builder handle the building process.

Plan Policy

Any changes may be made to the plans when a non-refundable $500.00 deposit is received as a retainer. The amount gets credited to the package if purchased. Drafting fees are billed out at $50.00 / hour and deducted from the $500.00.
